Kandice Pickett
General Information
Kandice has never stopped working hard for the people of Jefferson County. Since her beginning at the Jefferson County District Attorney’s Office, Kandice has delivered on her promises to follow the law, maintain her integrity, and serve justice on behalf of the citizens of Jefferson County.
Kandice has handled a variety of cases ranging from misdemeanor appeals to drug offenses, property crimes and violent felonies. Kandice has advised and trained law enforcement on search and seizure law, trial preparation and case investigation and has provided criminal law updates to attorneys and judges within the state of Alabama.
Kandice Pickett is a native of Tuskegee, Alabama and has a B.S. from the University of Alabama and a J.D. from the University Of Alabama School Of Law. She is also a General Member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc., an alumnus of the Alabama State Bar Association Leadership Forum (Class 13), a current member of the Birmingham Bar Association, as well as a current member of the Alabama Leadership Initiative (ALI) Class IV. Kandice currently resides in Birmingham, AL.
