Adele Phillips
General Information
Adele L. Phillips, a resident of Valley Head since 1963, is currently serving her third term on the city council. She has been married to Jimmy Phillips since 1969. They have two daughters, a son, ten grandchildren, and five great-grandchildren. Jimmy and Adele are members of Lea's Chapel Baptist Church. Since retiring from V.I. Prewett and Son's Mill in Fort Payne, Alabama, in 2009, Adele has gone above and beyond to help with town events and projects to help families in need. Anyone who knows Adele is aware of her faithful servant's heart.
