Title
Relating to the Alabama State Board of Veterinary Medical Examiners; to amend Section 34-29-67, Code of Alabama 1975, to increase the daily stipend for board members; and to authorize the board to increase the amount of the daily stipend at its discretion by rule.
Description
Under existing law, the members of the Alabama State Board of Veterinary Medical Examiners receive a daily stipend for each day, or portion of a day, in which the member is actually engaged in the work of the board
This bill would increase the amount of the daily stipend for board members from two hundred dollars ($200) to six hundred dollars ($600)
