Relating to environmental funding, to assess an environmental fee on each customer of a community water system to be deposited into the Environmental Management Fund.
Description
Under existing law, the Alabama Department of Environmental Management Fund consists of monies from any source to be used in furtherance of the department's duties and obligations
This bill would provide for an assessment on each customer of a community water system to be deposited into the Alabama Department of Environmental Management Fund
