Title
Shelby Co., boards of registrars, increase maximum number of days board may meet each year, Sec. 17-3-8 am'd.
Description
Under existing law, the Shelby County Board of Registrars may meet a maximum of 167 working days each fiscal year
This bill would increase the number of working days that the board may meet to a maximum of 220 working days each year
To amend Section 17-3-8, Code of Alabama 1975, as amended by Act 2021-243, 2001 Regular Session, relating to meeting days of boards of registrars; to increase the number of working days that the Shelby County Board of Registrars may meet each year.
