This bill would implement the constitutional amendment contained in HB___ upon ratification of the amendment by providing for the powers, duties, and operation of the Alabama Lottery, the Alabama Lottery Corporation, and the Alabama Lottery Commission; the use of lottery proceeds; and limitations on retailers of lottery tickets
