Description
Existing law requires retail table wine licensees of the Alcoholic Beverage Control Board to dispense table wine at retail for off-premises consumption only in original unopened containers
This bill would allow a retail table wine licensee to dispense table wine at retail for off-premises consumption in containers approved by the board
Relating to alcoholic beverages; to amend Section 28-3A-15, Code of Alabama 1975, to provide that a retail table wine licensee may dispense wine for off-premises consumption in containers approved by the board.
