Title
Cheaha Road in Talladega, Clay, and Cleburne Counties, road to Cheaha State Park, transferred to Transportation Dept. jurisdiction as state highway
Description
This bill would make legislative findings concerning Cheaha Road in Talladega, Clay, and Cleburne Counties as a scenic highway to Cheaha State Park and would provide that Cheaha Road would be transferred to the jurisdiction and control of the State Department of Transportation and designated as a state scenic highway
Relating to Cheaha Road in Talladega, Clay, and Cleburne Counties; to make legislative findings; and to provide that Cheaha Road would be transferred to the jurisdiction and control of the State Department of Transportation as a state scenic highway.
