Description
Under existing law, jurors receive five cents per mile for court attendance
This bill would provide that jurors would receive the state mileage rate, as determined by the state Comptroller, for court attendance
Relating to juries; to amend Section 12-19-210, Code of Alabama 1975, to provide that jurors receive the state mileage rate, as determined by the state Comptroller, for court attendance.
