Title
Association of Realtors, distinctive license plates, redirect distribution of proceeds of sales from Alabama Children's Trust Fund to the Alabama Realtors Foundation, Sec. 32-6-523 am'd.
Description
Under existing law, the proceeds of sales of distinctive license plates to members of the Alabama Association of Realtors are distributed to the Alabama Children's Trust Fund
This bill would amend existing law to redirect the distribution of those proceeds to the Alabama Realtors Foundation
Relating to the Alabama Association of Realtors; to amend Section 32-6-523, Code of Alabama 1975, to redirect the distribution of proceeds of sales of Alabama Association of Realtors distinctive license plates from the Alabama Children's Trust Fund to the Alabama Realtors Foundation.
