Title
Telecommunications carriers, provide that the reductions in fees will be cumulative, Sec. 37-2A-10.1 am'd.
Description
Under current law, supervision and inspection fees for telecommunications carriers will be reduced for years 2017, 2018, and 2019
This bill would clarify that those reductions shall be applied with cumulative effect
Relating to telecommunications carriers; to amend Section 37-2A-10.1 of the Code of Alabama 1975, to provide that the yearly reductions of supervision and inspection fees for telecommunication carriers shall be applied with cumulative effect.
