Title
Credit Union Board, membership, providing that the League of Southeastern Credit Union and Affiliates provide a list of nominees for certain membership positions on the board, Sec. 5-17-55 am'd.
Description
This bill would provide that the Credit Union Board of the Alabama Credit Union Administration, in consultation with the League of Southeastern Credit Unions or its successor organization would provide a list of nominees for appointment to member positions on the Credit Union Board of the Alabama Credit Union Administration
To amend Section 5-17-55, Code of Alabama 1975, relating to members of the Credit Union Board of the Alabama Credit Union Administration; to provide that the Credit Union Board of the Alabama Credit Union Administration, in consultation with the League of Southeastern Credit Unions or its successor organization shall provide a list of nominees for certain member positions appointed by the Governor.
