Title
Schools, teachers, notification of contract nonrenewal by certain date, posting of vacancies, Sec. 16-22-15 am'd.
Description
This bill would provide a uniform date when nontenured public school teachers would be notified that their contracts would not be renewed and for the filling of vacancies in teaching positions
Relating to public education; to amend Section 16-22-15, Code of Alabama 1975, to provide further for the notice of the nonrenewal of teaching contracts of nontenured teachers and for the filling of vacancies in teaching positions.
