Title
Alcoholic beverages, distillers, rectifers authorized to sell souvenir bottles of distilled spirits
Description
Currently, the Alcoholic Beverage Code allows a licensed distiller to manufacture, refine, mix, bottle, label, and package its product
This bill would allow an ABC holder of a distiller's license to sell a single souvenir bottle of each of its distilled spirits brands to each distillery visitor
Relating to alcoholic beverages; to allow Alcoholic Beverage Control Board holders of a distiller's license to sell souvenir bottles of distilled spirits.
