Insurance policies, posting of on website of insurer without personal information, paper copy available without charge to policyholder
Description
This bill would specify that a property or casualty insurance policy or endorsement without any personally identifiable information may be mailed, delivered, or posted on the website of the insurer subject to certain requirements. The insurer would be required to make a paper copy of the policy available without charge upon request by the policyholder
Relating to property and casualty insurance; to specify that policies and endorsements may be mailed, delivered, or posted on the website of the insurer; and to provide that a paper copy of a policy would be available to the policyholder upon request without charge.
