Voter registration by electronic method, authorized
Description
Under existing law, an individual cannot register to vote electronically
This bill would allow individuals to register to vote electronically and change voter registration information electronically
This bill would require the Secretary of State to adopt rules to implement electronic voter registration
Relating to voter registration; to allow individuals to register to vote electronically and change voter registration information electronically; and to require the Secretary of State to adopt rules to implement electronic voter registration.
