Title
Jefferson Co., pistol permit fee, distrib. to co. general fund for law enforcement purposes, certain prior acts repealed, Act 99-594, 1999 Reg. Sess., am'd.
Description
Relating to Jefferson County; to amend Act 99-594 of the 1999 Regular Session (Acts 1999, p. 1363), relating to the pistol permit fee the sheriff is required to charge, to provide that the distribution of the fee to the Jefferson County Legislative Delegation Office would be distributed to the county general fund; to provide that any current balance distributed to the delegation office would be transferred to the county general fund for law enforcement purposes; and to repeal any conflicting laws.
