Under existing law, the Division of Purchasing is authorized to charge a biannual registration fee to vendors desiring to register with the division to receive invitations-to-bid for any goods or services solicited by the division
This bill would remove the authorization allowing the Division of Purchasing to charge a biannual registration fee to vendors desiring to register with the division to receive invitations-to-bid for any goods or services solicited by the division
To amend Section 41-4-110, Code of Alabama 1975, to remove the authorization allowing the Division of Purchasing to charge a biannual registration fee to vendors desiring to register with the division to receive invitations-to-bid for any goods or services solicited by the division.
