Title
Animals, criminal penalties for the purchase or sale of domestic animals or fowl between sunrise and sunset, repealed, Sec. 3-1-20 repealed
Description
Under existing law, a person who sells or purchases any domestic animal or domestic fowl between the hours of sunset and sunrise is guilty of a misdemeanor. The law does not apply to merchants or grocers
This bill would repeal this criminal statute
Relating to animals; to repeal Section 3-1-20, Code of Alabama 1975, prohibiting the sale or purchase of any domestic animal or fowl between the hours of sunset and sunrise.
