Title

Appropriations, supplemental appropriations for fiscal year ending September 30, 2012, from various funds to various state agencies, departments, boards, etc., certain appropriations to Corrections Department reduced, certain unexpended line-item appropriations deleted

Description

This bill makes a supplemental appropriation from the State General Fund to the Alabama Department of Corrections in the amount of $45,337,814 for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2012; and makes a supplemental appropriation from the State General Fund for the wrongful incarceration of Bridget Lee in the amount of $118,768 for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2012

To make a supplemental appropriation from the State General Fund to the Alabama Department of Corrections in the amount of $45,337,814 for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2012; and to make a supplemental appropriation from the State General Fund for the wrongful incarceration of Bridget Lee from the State General Fund in the amount of $118,768 for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2012.
