Description
Under existing law, a person under the age of 19 may not enter into a legally binding contract
This bill would allow an honorably discharged veteran who is under the age of 19 to enter into a contract for the purchase of a motor vehicle
To amend Section 26-1-1, Code of Alabama 1975, to allow an honorably discharged veteran who is under the age of o enter into a contract for the purchase of a motor vehicle.
