Description
Under existing law, the Board of Trustees of Troy University may establish a quorum in person or through electronic communications and no more than two members may participate in a meeting pursuant to electronic communications
This bill would allow standing committees of the board that only make recommendations to the board to meet pursuant to electronic communications
To amend Section 16-56-5, Code of Alabama 1975, relating to the Board of Trustees of Troy University, to allow standing committees of the board that only make recommendations to the board to meet pursuant to electronic communications.
