Description
Relating to Russell County; to amend Sections 2 and f Act 343 of the 1976 Regular Session (Acts 1976, p. 388), to clarify that the State Revenue Commissioner is responsible for prescribing functions, duties, and responsibilities to ensure that property is appraised, mapped, and valued in accordance with law and to update a reference to the county revenue commissioner.
