Prepaid Affordable College Tuition (PACT) Program, contracts further provided for
Description
Under existing law, Alabama Prepaid Affordable College Tuition (PACT) Program contracts include either specific or implied guarantees of the payment of tuition and mandatory fees for PACT contract beneficiaries at the time of matriculation to postsecondary education
This bill would require the payment in full of all PACT contracts for the 2010-2011 school year
Relating to the PACT program; to require the payment in full of all PACT contracts for the 2010-2011 school year.
