Title
Pharmacy, Alabama State Board of, hospital pharmacy services permit defined and authorized, delivery of pharmacy services for hospitals further provided for, Secs.34-23-1, 34-23-30, 34-23-70, 34-23-74 am'd.
Description
Under existing law, pharmacies are required to have permits from the State Board of Pharmacy to operate
This bill would define the term hospital pharmacy services permit and would provide for issuance of the permits
To amend Sections 34-23-1, 34-23-30, 34-23-70, and 34-23-74, Code of Alabama 1975, relating to the regulations of pharmacies by the State Board of Pharmacy; to define the term hospital pharmacy services permit; and to provide for the issuance of the permits.
