Description
Under existing law, employees of the City of Prichard are participants in the municipal retirement system; but not the Employees' Retirement System
This bill would propose a local constitutional amendment that would allow employees of the City of Prichard to participate in the Employees' Retirement System or in the municipal retirement system; and would provide for retroactive effect
To propose an amendment to the Constitution of Alabama of 1901, to allow employees of the City of Prichard to participate in the Employees' Retirement System or in the municipal retirement system; and to provide for retroactive effect.
