Conecuh Co., board of education, authorized to insure school buildings and property in State Insurance Fund or in an insurance company
Description
Section 41-15-1 of the Code of Alabama, 1975, allows county boards of education, after receiving Legislative authorization, to insure school buildings and property either in the State Insurance Fund or in an insurance company, whichever in the opinion of such Board provides the best coverage for such school buildings and property
This bill would authorize the Conecuh County Board of Education, in accordance with Section 41-15-1, to insure school buildings and property either in the State Insurance Fund or in an insurance company
To authorize the Conecuh County Board of Education to insure school buildings and property either in the State Insurance Fund or in an insurance company.
