This bill would make a supplemental appropriation from the General Fund in the State Treasury to the City of Prichard for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2010, to pay retirement benefits for the current municipal retirees and to purchase credit in the Employees' Retirement System for current municipal employees
To make a supplemental appropriation from the General Fund in the State Treasury to the City of Prichard, in the amount of ten million dollars ($10,000,000) for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2010.
