Title

Lauderdale Co., circuit judges, retired or semi-retired of 11th Judicial Circuit, salary supplement further provided for, Act 800, 1975 Sp. Sess. am'd.

Description

Relating to Lauderdale County; to amend Section 1 of Act 800 of the 1975 Special Session (Acts 1975, p. 1604), relating to supplementing the salary or compensation paid to semi-retired or retired circuit judges of the 11th Judicial Circuit; to prohibit supplementing the salaries or compensation of a semi-retired or retired circuit judge who has not vested in the Retirement Systems of Alabama; and to provide that the supplement received by each circuit judge who has vested in the Retirement Systems of Alabama shall be paid pursuant to the formula as provided in Act 800.
