This bill makes a supplemental appropriation from the State General Fund to the Department of Corrections in the amount of $51,685,875 for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2010; and a supplemental appropriation from the State General Fund to the Alabama Medicaid Agency in the amount of $41,995,706 for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2010
